Quick answer: Pick by workflow. Paprika is a long-standing web-clipper and desktop option sold per platform. ReciMe is a social-import app with a documented Plus gate on some cooking tools. Souschef is a mobile app whose free plan includes cooking and shopping features, with a saved-import quota.

Best by workflow, not a trophy list

If you clip recipes from websites on a computer: Paprika’s site emphasizes a built-in browser, grocery lists, meal plans, timers, scaling, conversion, and versions for iOS, Android, Mac, and Windows sold separately. Cloud sync is part of that product story. The US App Store listing for Paprika Recipe Manager 3 showed $4.99 USD as a one-time iOS purchase on 17 September 2026. Confirm the live store price; desktop versions are sold separately.
